Valuations
As part of the construction process, the contractor will, at pre-arranged times, require payment for work completed.
To protect our clients, we perform valuations of the work completed by measuring the work done and agree the payment to be made. We then certify this amount to our clients, who only pay the contractor the agreed amount after certification.
The client only pays for work completed and construction materials stored properly on site.
